How long does it take to process a custom order?

Standard processing for custom-printed items typically takes 3-5 business days once the artwork is approved. Shipping times vary based on your selected delivery method.

What file formats do you accept for custom logos?

For the highest quality print, we recommend high-resolution vector files such as AI, EPS, or PDF. We also accept high-resolution PNG and JPG files.

Are your custom tents weather-resistant?

Yes, our canopy fabrics are waterproof, UV-protected, and fire-retardant (CPAI-84 certified), making them ideal for outdoor events and trade shows.

Can I return a custom-printed product?

Because custom products are manufactured to your specific requirements, we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective or there is a printing error on our part.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship our products globally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery dates will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Is a warranty included with my purchase?

All CustomTent by ABCCANOPY frames and fabrics come with a limited 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failure under normal use.
